Applying is easy! Send us your CV and cover letter via our website. If these match the profile we are looking for, we will contact you as soon as possible to make an appointment for a first exploratory interview. You can expect feedback on your application by e-mail within a week.
During an initial interview with HR, we will focus on your expectations, motivation, experience and competencies. We also want to introduce you to our culture, values, expectations and growth opportunities.
If you make us enthusiastic during the first meeting, we will - depending on the vacancy - invite you to do a number of assignments. That way we can be sure that you are the right person for the job!
Are your assignments successful? If so, an introductory meeting with your manager will follow, preferably at the same time as the assignment.
Have you successfully completed the selection process? Then a contract proposal will follow and we will schedule a time for signing. Signed? Congratulations! We look forward to welcoming you to our team.
