We do this through our hiring practices, the training we offer our employees, and our active participation in industry organizations that support women in the workforce. 

Most recently, we are proud to support a female-led nonprofit organization, the Women in Experiential (WIE). Founded in 2002, WIE is dedicated to empowering women in the event and experiential industry through education, knowledge sharing, and meaningful networking opportunities. 

Aluvision’s sponsorship of WIE means we are actively contributing to the WIE’s mission of creating a supportive community where women can connect, grow, and thrive in an ever-evolving industry. We also attend events hosted by WIE, leading by example to connect with other female professionals and empower them in their career journeys. Whenever we can build relationships and share insight, we do not hesitate to do our part.
