Q4 2024 Events: A Trifecta of Success!

The end of the year is always filled with the rush of excitement as projects come to a close and plans are laid for the year ahead. Nowhere has this been more apparent than at our US offices, where we have been celebrating the successful completion of exhibiting at three events, all in December.

EDPA ACCESS, Dec 3-5, 2024

Some key members of Aluvision first journeyed to Palm Springs, CA for the Experiential Designers and Producers Association’s annual educational and networking conference. As a main event sponsor for EDPA ACCESS, Aluvision provided a structure designed to inform and entice collaboration among attendees. The ‘Connection Wall’ aptly connected EDPA members to one another over shared values and goals for their time at the conference, as well as provided them the opportunity to get more involved with EDPA committees and Chapters.

As an added benefit, it also offered Aluvision a chance to showcase some of our leading modular systems and LED solutions for event design (including our frames for SEG walls and lightboxes, our Hi-LED 55 P1.9 tiles, and our new RGBW coloring option for our T-Bright and Constru structural profiles). But most importantly, Aluvision proudly sponsored this activation area because it allowed us to demonstrate our commitment to the growth and success of the events industry as a whole and connect with our partners and colleagues on a grander scale. In the spirit of collaboration, our graphics for the structure were sponsored by Utah-based printer and fellow EDPA member Fusion Imaging.

LDI Show, Dec 4-10, 2024

Directly from ACCESS, Aluvision team members joined up in Las Vegas for the premier show for event gearheads, AV technicians and live event creatives. At booth #1823, show attendees were able to walk up and into an immersive LED experience to step beyond the realm of possibility and see just how creative they could be with their own set design designs and event structures utilizing Aluvision systems. Our booth shone brightly: it featured LED flooring and walls, and in straight and curved (both convex and concave) options, as well as LED counters, plus Aluvision’s new RGBW profile accent lighting, and various lightboxes. Attendees walked away inspired and energized, and we shone a spotlight on our quality and engineering ingenuity for plug-and-play modular assembly.

Expo! Expo! Dec 16-19, 2024

To round out the month of resounding success, Aluvision exhibited at the Expo! Expo! show in Los Angeles, CA. There, some of our sales team spent time meeting with our valuable partners at our exhibit designed to showcase the efficiency, versatility, and distinct range of possibilities that Aluvision’s modular systems provide. We debuted our Omni-62 Pro along with our Omni-55 Pro at booth #2215 to demonstrate Aluvision’s commitment to providing a complete range of solutions catered to the needs of our customers. Along with double- and single-sided lightboxes, attendees were also able to see our frame options for glass and hard panel, as well as Aluvision’s unique shutter and louver infills. We were glad to have the time for intimate conversation and discussion with our customers and some new partners to share not just our range of products, but our range of locations across the US in Las Vegas and Atlanta, and our range of services including one-on-one and large group training sessions.

For Aluvision, Quarter 4 of 2024 was certainly a trifecta for demonstrating the value we can provide our partners, and the quality they can rely on for a durable, reusable event system to support all their design needs.
